1st May 2020 Updates – Backorders are BACK!

Hi and welcome to the status updates for 1st May 2020.

Backorders are BACK!

We are happy to say that a number of our suppliers are back up an running and as such we have taken the decision to once again open up our online store to take backorders for items we do not currently have in stock.

Please be aware that during this time new orders containing backordered items will take longer than usual to be dispatched. This is because suppliers are operating with limits to ensure the safety of their employees which will impact stock delivery, product availability may also be limited in the short term while they fulfil outstanding orders.

For those customers who have outstanding orders placed before the UK shutdown we hope to dispatch the majority of orders containing backordered Games Workshop items from the later half of next week (this includes the Prophecy of the Wolf battle box and the latest chapter of Psychic Awakening: Saga of the Beast!!!). For orders containing Flames of War backordered items, Battlefront are due a restock towards the end of this month.

Delivery Times (COVID-19)

Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic your order may take longer than standard delivery times stated below:

• UK – Royal Mail: 2 – 3 working days
• UK – Other Couriers: 3 – 5 working days
• International: 3 – 8 working days

Please allow 5 working days after the last expected delivery date before reaching out to us via the OnTableTop Support Centre.
