Hi and welcome to the status updates for 18h January 2021.
Brexit – Dispatching Orders to the European Union
As you may know in December 2020 the United Kingdom government struck a trade deal with the European Union. Part of this Withdrawal Agreement is the Northern Ireland Protocol (where the OnTableTop store operates from).Northern Ireland will remain part of the UK’s customs territory and will benefit in full from any free trade agreements the UK signs with other countries outside of the EU.
For Northern Ireland shipments to and from the EU27 countries EU’s Union Customs Code will apply. This means there will be no clearance, tariffs or new restrictions and goods will still have unrestricted access to all EU countries. If this changes we will let you know.
Please be aware there may be delays to dispatching orders via certain couriers (particularly bulky/heavy orders) as they update their systems to take in account any new checks and procedures they have to employ.
Games Workshop – Order Dispatch Update
Please be aware at this time we are experiencing delays in receiving our deliveries from Games Workshop due to new protocols that have to be adopted as part of the UK/EU trade agreement. Last weeks order has now reached us and orders will be dispatched in due course. This week’s order was placed as normal and may experience similar delays.
We apologise for these delays and any inconvenience they may cause.
We have placed a stock order with Games Workshop this week which covers orders placed up 12:00pm on 4th January 2021. Unfortunately there is still a larger number of out of stock items that we could not get than normal. This is due to the ongoing global situation. Games Workshop Out of Stock Products – 18th January 2021
The following items from Games Workshop are no longer available for us to order:
- Etheric Vortex: Gloomtide Shipwreck
- Necromunda Slave Ogryn Gang
New pre order for Conquest are now live, includes new First Blood rulebook and starter sets, Warband set and a softcover copy of the rules.
The new Flames of War German Bagration releases have been delayed until March, pre order will go live soon. There are still a number of products we are waiting a restock for which are held up by these delays including the German Army Deal boxes and D-Day German Command Cards.
