Brexit Update – Heavy/Bulky Items Dispatch Delay

As a result of the difficulties some couriers have been experiencing dispatching orders from Northern Ireland to the European Union, Parcel2Go, our courier service provider have suspended booking orders from Northern Ireland (where OnTableTop is based) for the time being until the customs clearance processes in some countries abroad have been improved.

If larger European orders can be spilt across a couple of boxes and sent via Royal Mail this will be done but if the order contains a larger item that cannot be spilt or sent via Royal Mail (whose limit is 2kg) it will be held until alternative options are in place which we are working on at present.

We apologise for this delay and the inconvenience caused, we will be reaching out to customers affected over the next couple of days.
